    1. GENERAL TERMS OF USE AND ACCEPTANCE

    This legal notice regulates access to and use of the contents of VIP LOUNGE (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website”), owned and managed by Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., Aerocomercializadora del Pacífico, S.A. de C.V., and their subsidiary and affiliated companies (hereinafter “GAP”). Its use is subject to the terms and conditions specified below.

    By accessing the Website, you may access the tools, services, purchases, and functional features located on it (hereinafter the “Service”). The term “You” or “User” refers to the member with an account on the Website.

    By using this Website, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these terms or our Privacy Notice, please refrain from using this Website or the products and/or services offered on it. Otherwise, we will consider that you have accepted these terms.

    The use of this Website implies the User’s full acceptance of the terms and conditions published by GAP at the time the User accesses it. Therefore, the User must carefully read these Conditions each time they access this Website, as they may have been modified.

    2. WEBSITE ACCESS CONDITIONS

    The Service and content provided on the Website are owned by GAP. Therefore, by accessing the services and functional features contained on the Website, the User agrees to use the information, content, and services they access on the Website in compliance with the law, good customs, and these General Terms of Use, as well as to respect other users.

    The User agrees not to use any material or information contained on the Website for illegal purposes or those expressly prohibited in these General Terms of Use or in any specific terms that may apply, which are contrary to the rights and interests of GAP, its employees, and/or third parties. The User shall be liable to GAP in case of breach or non-compliance with these obligations or if, in any way (including the introduction or dissemination of “computer viruses”), they damage, disable, overload, deteriorate, or impede the normal use of the Website’s contents, information systems, or documents, files, and any kind of content stored on any computer system (hacking) of GAP, its employees, or any User of the Website.

    The User shall be solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information and data provided to GAP, guaranteeing at all times their truthfulness and accuracy. GAP does not assume any duty or commitment to verify the information received from its customers.

    The User who breaches the obligations set forth herein shall be liable for all damages caused to GAP.

    3. VIP LOUNGE USE CONDITIONS

    All charges for any purchase will be in Mexican pesos.

    The VIP Lounges, located after the security checkpoints, are exclusively for passengers with departing flights from the airport where they are located.

    During registration, it is mandatory to present a valid official ID and a boarding pass for a departing flight with the current date.

    Memberships, if purchased, are non-transferable and may only be used by the holder at the time of registration.

    The User must present their Passport membership at the reception of the VIP Lounges, which must be valid at the time of requesting access.

    The User must present their official ID, which must match the Passport membership.

    If the User does not have a Passport membership, they may enter by purchasing a Day Pass at the reception of the VIP Lounges. This pass is personal, and if traveling with a companion, a Day Pass must be purchased for each companion.

    The operating hours of the VIP Lounges depend on the flight schedule of each airport and terminal and may vary without prior notice.

    There is no flight announcement service inside the lounges, so the User accepts that VIP Lounge will not be responsible for missed flights, either for the holder or their guests.

    Telephone services are free and limited to local calls.

    Admission to the VIP Lounges is subject to Users complying with the behavior and dress code established by the VIP Lounges. Any person who does not comply with the VIP Lounge regulations may be asked to leave.

    Conditions of Use of the VIP Lounges.

    VIP Lounges reserve the right of admission and may deny access or request the removal of Users who cause discomfort due to misconduct.

    It is mandatory to present a boarding pass for a departing flight to enter any VIP Lounge.

    Complimentary products are for use and consumption exclusively within the VIP Lounges.

    All areas of the VIP Lounges are smoke-free, so smoking is strictly prohibited except in VIP Lounges at any airport that have a designated smoking area.

    VIP Lounge or its staff are not responsible for lost or forgotten items within the facilities of any VIP Lounge.

    Service animals or animals authorized to travel in the cabin are allowed in the VIP Lounges, provided they remain leashed and with their owner. Only dogs and cats are considered service animals or allowed to travel in the cabin.

    VIP Lounges reserve the right to change, modify, or partially or completely remove any or all of the Terms and Conditions of Access to the VIP Lounges, as well as to close one or all of the VIP Lounge network, without prior notice.

    Access to any VIP Lounge is subject to availability.

    Prior to using the Meet & Greet services, it is essential to verify availability and make a reservation by emailing: [email protected][email protected], and/or [email protected].

    After the reservation, the User will receive confirmation of the service to be provided on the requested date and time.

    4. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

    GAP will make every effort to keep the Website operational; however, certain technical difficulties or maintenance may occasionally result in temporary interruptions. GAP reserves the right, periodically and at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the functions and features of the Service and the Website, with or without prior notice, without liability for any interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the Service or any of its functions or features. GAP does not guarantee the availability or continuity of the Service or the Website and excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any liability for damages that may arise from it. If the User detects any malfunction of the Website, they may report it to GAP at: [email protected].

    The User is responsible for taking the necessary precautions to verify the absence of viruses or other harmful programs. GAP is not responsible for the existence of harmful elements, such as viruses, that may cause damage or malfunction to the systems, software, hardware, programs, documents, and electronic files maintained by the User. Likewise, GAP is not responsible for any damages that the User may cause to third parties as a result of such elements. The User uses this Website voluntarily and at their own risk. GAP shall not be liable, contractually or extra-contractually, for direct or indirect, unforeseen, emergent, or punitive damages resulting from access to or use of this Website.

    GAP makes every effort to ensure that its Website contains accurate and up-to-date information; however, it does not guarantee or declare that this information is free of errors or omissions. Such errors or other technical issues may result in inaccurate information. Accordingly, GAP reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies, omissions, and/or errors on its Website or other sites that the User may access through it. Likewise, the User may notify GAP of any errors, omissions, and/or inaccuracies in the information provided on its Website through the feedback section located within the Website.

    5. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

    This Website may contain links or connections to other sites and web pages managed by third parties over which GAP has no control. GAP does not manage or endorse these sites and is not responsible for the content of the links contained therein. GAP is not responsible for the content and information included in other links, nor for the terms of use and privacy policies published on them. It should not be interpreted that these links are an extension of our Website or that we share the opinions expressed on them or that we have any interest or collaboration in the services provided or marketed on them.

    GAP will remove, as soon as possible, any link to Websites whose content is contrary to the law and that may cause harm, damage, or mislead Users. For this purpose, we request your cooperation when you become aware of such issues, by sending us an email to: [email protected].

    6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    This Website is governed by Mexican laws and is protected by national and international intellectual property legislation. All intellectual property rights over this Website are legally reserved. Access to or use of the Website does not constitute, under any circumstances, the granting of any license of use or right over any asset owned by GAP, unless expressly stated otherwise. All content displayed on this Website is subject to industrial property rights. Likewise, the texts, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, as well as their graphic design and source code, constitute a work subject to intellectual property rights.

    The User is strictly prohibited from: reproducing, copying, distributing, transforming, making available to the public, deleting, and/or manipulating the security systems installed on the Website, and any other activity that may be carried out with the content, information, and trademarks appearing on this Website, as well as with its source code, images, design, and presentation of the materials included in it, whatever their purpose and the means used for it.

    Accordingly, the User agrees that the following is strictly prohibited:

    • Using robots, spiders, data extraction tools, deep links, automated data collection tools, or any similar tool, program, algorithm, or methodology to access, acquire, copy, or monitor the Website, the information contained therein, and/or the Service;
    • Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software or in any way reconstruct any part of GAP’s Website or the Service.

    7. APPLICABLE JURISDICTION AND COMPETENCE

    The parties agree that, in all matters not provided for in these Terms and Conditions, the applicable legislation in Jalisco, Mexico, shall apply. Likewise, the parties agree that, in the event that the interpretation and/or compliance with these Terms and Conditions must be submitted to a judicial decision, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their current or future domicile or any other cause.

    8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE WEBSITE ACCESS AND USE CONDITIONS

    Access to and use of this Website, as well as its services and the information included in it, imply acceptance of the terms specified in these General Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from accessing or using this Website.

    10. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR VIP LOUNGE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

    General Terms for the Use of VIP Lounge and VIP Passport Products and Services

    1. Sale of One Day Pass

    1.1 The cost of this service is per person and applies to both Departure, Domestic, and International VIP Lounges, as well as Arrival VIP Lounges.
    1.2 The pass may only be used in the VIP Lounge selected at the time of purchase.
    1.3 Changes to the selected VIP Lounge cannot be made once the purchase is completed.
    1.4 Children under 7 years old do not pay for access to the VIP Lounge.
    1.5 Costs may vary depending on the type of service provided and the airport.
    1.6 The service is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
    1.7 Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
    1.8 Access to any VIP Lounge is subject to availability.
    1.9 The operating hours of the VIP Lounges depend on the flight schedule of each airport and terminal and may vary without prior notice.
    1.10 To access any VIP Lounge using a One Day Pass, the User must have a boarding pass for a departing flight on the same day as their entry, as well as present an official ID.
    1.11 Customers who purchase this service must accept and comply with the VIP Lounge regulations.
    1.12 Payment for this service can only be made by credit or debit card.

    2. Sale of VIP Passport Memberships

    2.1 The cost of this service is per person, and the membership is valid only for the holder.
    2.2 VIP Passport members may access any VIP Lounge in the GAP network.
    2.3 VIP Passport members may also access any of the 4 VIP Lounges operated by Mera at Cancun International Airport through the following means: Passport memberships, an additional visit at a preferential cost, or the purchase of a Day Pass.
    2.4 Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the holder at the time of registration. In the case of Classic and Pro memberships, the holder may use their available guest accesses, provided the holder is present.
    2.5 The User must present their official ID, which must match the name registered in the Application, as well as a valid boarding pass on the day of entry to the VIP Lounge.
    2.6 Children under 7 years old do not pay for access to the VIP Lounge.
    2.7 Access to any VIP Lounge is subject to availability.
    2.8 The operating hours of the VIP Lounges depend on the flight schedule of each airport and terminal and may vary without prior notice.
    2.9 The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
    2.10 Customers who purchase this service must accept and comply with the VIP Lounge regulations.
    2.11 Payment for this service can only be made by credit or debit card.

    3. Sale of Meet & Greet Services

    3.1 The cost of the service is per person, whether for Meet & Greet services.
    3.2 Meet & Greet services for children under 2 years old are complimentary.
    3.3 Children under 7 years old do not pay for access to the Arrival VIP Lounge in Puerto Vallarta.
    3.4 In case of any itinerary changes, they must be communicated as soon as possible. Any modifications must adhere to availability to provide the service.
    3.5 The maximum number of passengers to whom the Meet & Greet service can be provided on the same flight is 7.
    3.6 The Migration and Customs areas are independent areas of the airport and have their own rules, which must be respected by both passengers and lounge staff.
    3.7 During Meet & Greet services, lounge staff will accompany passengers during the journey, but this does not mean they will assist in filling out official documents or prevent them from being interviewed by Migration and Customs as per protocol.
    3.8 The Meet & Greet service is an accompaniment service and not a fast-track or expedited service.
    3.9 The Meet & Greet service provided by lounge staff ends once the passenger is left in the Transportation area or inside the Arrival VIP Lounge.
    3.10 In case of changes or modifications to the itinerary of a scheduled Meet & Greet service, it must be notified 72 hours in advance (subject to availability). Otherwise, the service will be canceled.
    3.11 Customers who purchase this service must accept and comply with the VIP Lounge regulations.

     

    Conditions of Use

    By using the products and services, the User accepts these conditions of use. VIP Lounge reserves the right to modify these conditions of use at any time. The User agrees that VIP Lounge may inform about these conditions of use by publishing them on the GAP Airports and VIP Lounge website, as well as on the GAP Airports mobile application, and that the use of the products and services by the User constitutes acceptance of the current conditions of use. Users are advised to review these conditions of use before using the products and services.

     

    Cancellation and Refund Policy for Products and Services

    1. Cancellation and Refund of One Day Pass

    1.1 Users who pay for their access to the lounge or Day Pass with a credit card, debit card, or AMEX directly at the VIP Lounge reception but decline to enter for any reason while at the counter may request a cancellation of the sale.
    1.2 Users who enter the lounge and use the facilities and consume food and beverages, and leave without making any complaint or comment, are not eligible for a refund or cancellation.
    1.3 Users who enter the lounge and, during their stay, experience issues such as power outages, lack of water, or any operational incident attributable to the lounge and/or airport that seriously affects the level and quality of service, may request a refund. In the first instance, a complimentary access pass for a future visit to any of the GAP network lounges will be offered. If the User declines the complimentary pass, the sale will be canceled.
    1.4 Users who are notified at the time of registration that the lounge is experiencing a technical or operational issue affecting the level of service and comfort, such as lack of water in restrooms or air conditioning failures, and choose to enter and use the facilities and consume food and beverages, and then leave without making any comment and later decide to request a refund, are not eligible for a refund.
    1.5 Users who are notified at the time of registration that the lounge is experiencing a technical or operational issue affecting the level of service and comfort, such as lack of water in restrooms or air conditioning failures, and choose to enter and use the facilities and then request a refund upon leaving, must provide a written statement describing the reasons for the complaint and refund request. This document will be reviewed by corporate and airport staff to determine if a refund is applicable, as outlined in section 6.1.3.
    1.6 Under no circumstances will a refund or cancellation be issued for a One Day Pass purchased online, either through our E-commerce portal or the GAP Airports application.

    2. Cancellation and Refund of VIP Passport Memberships

    2.1 Under no circumstances will a cancellation or refund of a VIP Passport membership purchased through the GAP Airports application or directly at the counter be allowed. Once purchased, the membership is NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NON-ENDORSABLE.

    2.2 VIP Lounge reserves the right to revoke the VIP Passport membership at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. If applicable, a proportional refund of the annual fee or membership payment will be issued, provided the revocation is not due to fraudulent or improper use by the User. VIP Lounge reserves the right to immediately cancel, without any refund, the membership of any User who violates the terms of use.

    2.3 VIP Lounge reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership subscription at its sole discretion without a refund if the information provided is deemed false, incorrect, and/or incomplete.

    3. Cancellation and Refund of Meet & Greet Services

    3.1 No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation or no-show.

    3.2 In case of cancellation on the same day as the scheduled service, where the cause is not attributable to the airline or the airport (flight cancellation and/or airport closure), no refund will be issued, nor will the service be available for future use.

    3.3 In case of cancellation of the Meet & Greet service less than 72 hours before the scheduled service, and where the cause is not attributable to the airline or the airport (flight cancellation and/or airport closure), no refund will be issued, nor will the service be available for future use. If the cause is attributable to the airport or airline, no refund will be issued, but the service may be used within 2 months after the initially scheduled date.

    3.4 If the cancellation of the Meet & Greet service is due to reasons attributable to the client and is made with at least 72 hours’ notice, no refund will be issued, but the service may be used at a later date, valid for 2 months from the initially scheduled service date (not the purchase date), and may be used at any airport where this service is available.

    3.5 In case of changes or modifications to the itinerary of a scheduled Meet & Greet service, notification must be made 72 hours in advance, and availability will be reviewed at that time to provide the service. Otherwise, the service will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

  • Para los miembros del programa de membresías Passport by VIP Lounge el servicio de bebidas alcohólicas será gratuito (si lo permite la ley) en cada una de las salas de espera VIP Lounge y dependiendo del tipo de membresías con la que acceda a las salas de espera VIP Lounge. La membresía Passsport Pro cuenta con una bebida premium en cortesía para el titular en cada visita. La membresía Master cuenta con 3 bebidas premium en cortesía para el titular en cada visita.
  • Las bebidas alcohólicas serán servidas solo para mayores de 18 años.
  • No se cuenta con servicio de anuncio de vuelos en el interior de las salas, por lo cual el usuario acepta que VIP Lounge no tendrá ninguna responsabilidad por pérdidas de vuelos, tanto para el titular como para los invitados.
  • Los servicios de teléfono son gratuitos y se limitan a llamadas locales.
  • La admisión a las salas de espera VIP Lounge está sujeta a que los usuarios cumplan con las normas de comportamiento y atuendo correspondientes a las condiciones establecidas por las salas de espera VIP Lounge. Cualquier persona que no se apegue al reglamento de VIP Lounge podría ser solicitada a desalojarla.

Condiciones de uso

  • Salones VIP Lounge se reservan el derecho de admisión, pudiendo negar el acceso o solicitar que se retiren aquellos usuarios que ocasionen incomodidad a causa de una mala conducta.
  • Es indispensable presentar su pase de abordar para ingresar a cualquier sala de espera VIP Lounge.
  • El titular de la membresía Passport deberá presentarse con su membresía de acceso física o digital, en el entendido que son personales e intransferibles.
  • Los productos de cortesía son para uso y consumo exclusivo dentro las salas de espera VIP Lounge.
  • Todas las áreas de las salas de espera VIP Lounge son libres de humo, por lo que queda estrictamente prohibido fumar salvo las salas de espera VIP Lounge de cualquier aeropuerto que cuenten con área exclusiva de fumadores.
  • Es responsabilidad del usuario estar atento al anuncio y salida de su vuelo los horarios pueden variar sin previo aviso, VIP Lounge no se hace responsable por la pérdida de vuelos.
  • VIP Lounge o su personal no se hace responsable de la pérdida u objetos olvidados dentro de las instalaciones del cualquier salón VIP Lounge.
  • Se permite el ingreso a las salas de espera VIP Lounge a animales de servicio, mismos que deberán permanecer atados y junto a su dueño. Únicamente podrán ser considerados como animales de servicio perros y gatos.
  • Se permite el ingreso las salas de espera VIP Lounge a animales autorizados a viajar en cabina únicamente podrán ser autorizados para ingresar a perros y/o gatos y deberán de estar en trasportadora suave.
  • Salones VIP Lounge se reservan el derecho de cambiar, modificar o eliminar de manera parcial o total, alguno(s) o todos los Términos y Condiciones de Acceso a las salas de espera VIP Lounge, así como cerrar uno o toda la Red de salas de espera VIP Lounge, sin previo aviso.
  • El acceso a cualquier sala de espera VIP Lounge quedará sujeto a la disponibilidad de cupo.

Posterior a la reservación el usuario recibirá confirmación del servicio a brindar con día y hora solicitada.

Membresía Master Estacionamiento en cortesía

El servicio de estacionamiento aplica solo para el titular previo registro en app móvil GAP pudiendo dar de alta hasta dos números de placas diferentes y presentado la tarjeta de ingreso otorgada por Passport by VIP Lounge que concederá el acceso a estacionamiento de los aeropuertos en donde se cuente con salas de espera VIP Lounge.

Reglamento de Uso de salas de espera VIP Lounge

Estimado usuario, compartimos a usted el reglamento para el uso de las instalaciones y servicios de las salas de espera VIP Lounge, le invitamos a conocerlo y practicarlo para mejorar la estadía de todos sus miembros. Aquellos usuarios que no respeten todas las normas que alude este reglamento, serán invitados a retirarse a fin de mantener la armonía y el sano esparcimiento en las salas de espera VIP Lounge:

1. Para el ingreso a las salas de espera VIP Lounge se deberá presentar cualquiera de las membresías Passport by VIP Lounge. Las membresías son intransferibles y solo podrán ser utilizadas si el titular está presente al momento del registro. El usuario deberá presentar su membresía físicamente o digital.

2. Dentro de las salas de espera VIP Lounge no contamos con anuncio de vuelos, los usuarios deberán estar atentos a la hora de abordaje y seguir las instrucciones proporcionadas por su aerolínea.

3. Los alimentos y bebidas son ofrecidos en cortesía para su consumo dentro de las salas de espera VIP Lounge, no contamos con servicio de alimentos para llevar.

4. La red Wifi es de uso exclusivo para los usuarios de las salas de espera VIP Lounge, el uso de la misma es en cortesía.

5. El uso de las Salas de juntas está abierto a todos nuestros usuarios por el tiempo que lo requieran, sin embargo, si existe alguna reservación previa del espacio o alguien más se encuentra esperando para utilizarlo, se limitará a 2 horas de permanencia dentro de las mismas.

6. Queda prohibido a los usuarios alterar el orden o causar molestias a los demás pasajeros dentro de las instalaciones. En caso de que se presente algún incidente, el staff está autorizado a amablemente hacer las observaciones pertinentes a los clientes para la modificación de su conducta, así como de ser necesario, solicitar el apoyo del área de seguridad del Aeropuerto.

7. Todos los usuarios deberán respetar las instalaciones y mobiliario, todo daño o pérdida causado por los pasajeros a los bienes, inmuebles y enseres propiedad del VIP Lounge, deberá pagarlo el cliente de acuerdo al valor facturado para su reposición o reparación. Agradecemos no subir los pies o las maletas sobre el mobiliario ni acostarse en los sillones destinados como asientos generales.

8. Por su seguridad y respeto a los demás usuarios, agradecemos mantenga a los niños bajo constante supervisión y cuidado de un adulto.

9. No está permitido el uso de aparatos reproductores de música ajenos a las salas de espera VIP Lounge salvo que estos se utilicen con audífonos.

10. En nuestras instalaciones no está permitido fumar, incluyendo el cigarro electrónico, a menos que dentro de las salas de espera VIP Lounge se cuente con un espacio exclusivo para fumadores. En caso de que el usuario no respete este punto, se le solicitará retirarse de las salas de espera VIP Lounge.

11. Sólo está permitido el ingreso de perros guía o lazarillos, en caso de que se desee ingresar con una mascota de compañía la misma debe permanecer en todo momento dentro de su transportadora.

12. Queda prohibido cometer faltas a la moral dentro de las instalaciones de las salas de espera VIP Lounge, en caso contrario el usuario será designado a las autoridades correspondientes.

13. Para felicitaciones, comentarios o sugerencias, contamos con el correo [email protected], así como una bitácora de sugerencias en el área de recepción. Si usted lo desea también puede dirigirse a recepción y preguntar por el Supervisor a cargo para externarle sus comentarios de forma presencial.

14. Las salas de espera VIP Lounge no se hace responsable de objetos y valores olvidados por los usuarios, si estos objetos son encontrados por nuestro personal, los mismos serán reportados y entregados al departamento de seguridad del Aeropuerto para su custodia y resguardo mientras se realiza el reclamo por parte del usuario.

15. Ante cualquier emergencia o incidente, favor de reportarlo con el equipo de recepción quienes con gusto podrán ayudarlo o canalizarlo con el área pertinente.

16. Para los miembros del programa de membresías Passport no se cuenta con estadía máxima de horas.

17. Las normas arriba mencionadas son de carácter enunciativo más no limitativo.
